15 Nisan 1977'de Fransa'nın Saint-Dié-Des-Vosges kentinde doğan Gazanfer Biricik, Azerbaycan kökenli Türk asıllı Fransız yönetmen ve senaristtir. Ocak 2018'de yazıp ve yönettiği ve 10 kez en iyi yönetmen ödülünü kazandığı kısa film GAB ile tanınıyor. GAB toplamda Imdb sitesine göre 63 ödül ve 105 kez uluslarası festivallere seçilmiştir. Toplam çalışmaları için 83 ödül ve 144 kez festivaller tarafından seçilmiştir. Tüm eserleri için toplamda 17 kez en iyi yönetmen ödülün
